  The design for the Sierra Bluebird goes back to the classic surfboard designs of the 1960s for its inspiration.

   

  A subtle blue gradient runs from tip to tail and the edge and end graphics utilise the board’s natural wood core as a show through.

   

  The overall effect is a mellow, timeless design perfectly suited to surfing down the mountain.

   

  This board was aimed at slightly older riders  who appreciated a more timeless quality of design rather than a bright, illustrative style and was warmly received.
