  This was a great opportunity to develop a more eclectic illustration style, as this board was aimed at park riders who generally prefer more edgy graphics than the average snowboarder.

   

  A multitude of alien characters were created to populate a bizarre world to make the board stand out from the rest of Sierra's lineup for that season. Two different versions were produced, each using alternate characters and colours.

   

  By using more muted colours we avoided the design becoming too much like a cartoon without going too dark and losing the fun aspect of the design.
