The problem in creating the new Renegade graphic was how do we improve on a design that was so well received? Our solution was to keep the style of the original but make the new version even more prestigious.
We altered the balance between the black and colour areas to produce a more darker, more sophisticated feeling. But the major difference was the use of a subtle metallic flake in the black areas to give the board a truly premium look.
The graphics were based on Samurai armour, weaponry and symbols, with each size having its own unique graphic elements as well as colour scheme.
