The design for the 2016 Renegade followed the same principles that have made its forebearers so popular; a sleek black topsheet with matte effect, metallic inks contrasting with bright colours and a semi-abstract design, all combining to create a stunning snowboard.

For this version we created an insectoid, bio-mech hybrid; drawing influence from both nature and machinery to create something unique. With the 2016 Renegade we toned down the number of bright colours and put more emphasis on using slightly different metallic inks to give a more ‘stealth’ feel than in previous seasons.
